These terms of use apply to the use of the Bambini Maps app and all related services.

2. Registration and Account

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent
• Your registration data must be truthful
• You are responsible for the security of your account

3. Usage Rules

• Share only truthful information
• Treat other users with respect
• No offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content

4. Usage Rights for Your Content

By uploading content (images, reviews, comments, events), you grant Bambini Maps the following rights:

• Worldwide, free, non-exclusive license
• Right to use, display, distribute, and publish
• Right to use for advertising and marketing purposes
• Right to sublicense to partners (e.g. app stores)
• The license ends when you delete your content

You retain ownership of your content. You can delete it at any time. Upon deletion, the license also expires, except for already distributed copies.

5. Image Rights

By uploading images, you confirm that:

• You have the right to upload all shared images
• The images do not infringe on third-party rights
• You do not upload images of recognizable persons without their consent
• You do not use copyrighted content without permission

6. Applicable Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Ansbach, Germany.
