Tierpark Gera

The Gera Zoo is a child-friendly place that is ideal for family outings. With spacious, partially walk-through enclosures and a beautiful tree population, the park offers a pleasant atmosphere. Especially the mini pigs and the petting zoo are very popular among the little visitors. The kiosk provides refreshments at fair prices. Despite some minor shortcomings, such as the lion's enclosure and the need for toilet renovations, a visit is highly recommended.
